F.R.O.M Bursary Fund.
The church today needs to be filled with bible believing, powerfilled Christian workers. It has been our experience right trough Africa that most that have received the Gospel have not had the opportunity of receiving solid and sound teaching. In countries such as Mozambique, Kenya, Zimbabwe and Malawi, to name but a few, church leaders in most cases have had little or no training in the Christian faith. It is not rare to find that the pastor in charge of a medium sized church does not even own a bible.
F.R.O.M has undertaken the task of teaching, equipping and releasing existing and new church leaders into their own countries (wherever possible). In the event of us not being able to find capable local leaders we will send missionary workers into that area to lay the foundation for the establishment of satellite bible college or M.O.C. (Mission Outreach Centres).
The main area of this work comes from our M.O.C's that are located in needy areas in Africa. Our local missionary co-ordinators will teach, assist and encourage local ministries to point where they can become effective in their own churches. Using this method of evangelization more people can hear the true Gospel and become empowered to go out into their home towns and villages to spread the Gospel even further.
In certain cases we will also assist students that need to study subjects or courses that are not offered by us. We do aid them in obtaining the best possible training at recognized centres such as YWAM, All Africa Bible College, etc.
There are Mission Outreach Centres being established throughout Africa continually, each giving many the opportunity to know what they believe. Get involved now and be part of the exiting move of God!!!
Financial Implications
The cost to bring a student to the point where they are ready to graduate vary from country to country.
The majority of the cost are carried by the support of the M.O.C's, but each student needs to be provided a minimum of R 200.00 (US$ 42.00) to complete their training.
All books and teaching material is printed and supplied by F.R.O.M. under the authority of the All Africa Bible College.
Primary Health Care training is more costly as it entails a higher initial expense and is usually done by other organizations. The problem lies in the expertise required for proper skills. Average cost: R 2 500.00 (US$ 530.00)
